Bottle Pick-up Service

At Reclam, we understand the hassle of bottle or container recycling. Our door-to-door bottle pickup service takes care of all your recycling needs and you receive your refunds in no time. We can accommodate your needs if you have a few bags of containers and bottles or a large quantity.

Request Bottle Pickup

  • Download the Reclam App to Request a Pickup: Download the Reclam App from the App Store or Google Play Store to request a recurring or as needed pickup. Choose from the available bottle pick-up dates in your neighbourhood. You will receive a reminder via email within 24 hours prior to pick-up.
  • Contact to Request a Pickup: Click the “Request Bottle Pickup.” Call or text us to request a bottle pickup. Our dedicated customer service representatives are available to schedule a pickup for you.

Bottle Pickup Day

  • On the scheduled pickup day, place your bags outside your residence by 8 AM.
  • In case you don’t feel comfortable leaving your bags outside for a long time unattended, let us know and we will contact you on arrival.
  • Make sure that your bags are in a place safe from theft and accessible for pick up.
  • Put bottles in recycling or garbage bags. Wine bottles can remain in boxes/cases.
  • If possible, label your bags/boxes with your unique ID to separate them from other pickups. (Client ID is located on your app profile)
  • You will receive email and in-app updates about your pickup.

Note: Your bottles will be picked up from the selected location. Special instructions are appreciated for your pickup.

Refunds

  • Your app wallet is credited with your refund within 48 hours of pickup.
  • Request payment from your app wallet.
  • You can also donate all or part of your refund to a charity of your choice for a tax receipt from the charity.
